These terms apply to builderful.com.au, the Builderful app and related services (the "Service"), provided by Longtek Pty Ltd (ABN 37 670 334 451), trading as Builderful ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Builderful is an information and introduction service. We read public planning records and present facts about building projects, introduce homeowners to builders and trades they choose, send DA status alerts, and supply reports and data. We are not a builder, certifier, planner or financial adviser, and we are not a party to any contract between a homeowner and a pro.
Project information comes from public records and from documents read automatically. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and estimated values are estimates only. Check important details with the council and the relevant professionals before relying on them. Plans and drawings belong to their authors. We link to the council for original documents and do not republish them.
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. Pros must hold the licences and insurance the law requires for the work they quote and keep their verification details current. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, misuse the Service or give false information.
You must not:
Prices are shown in Australian dollars excluding GST unless stated. Subscriptions renew automatically each month (or year, for annual plans) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Per-item purchases (such as claimed-job introductions and reports) are charged when supplied. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Homeowners use Builderful free of charge. Choosing a builder or trade is your decision. Builder checks show information from public registers at the time of checking. They are not a guarantee of a pro's work, and you should make your own enquiries before signing a contract.
To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to resupplying the Service or refunding the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may change the Service or these terms. We will give notice of material changes where practical. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
